Epic Fruit is an Producer/ Exporter that specializes in the export of fresh fruit. We are located in Robertson, about 170km from Cape Town, South Africa. Together with our grower shareholders we are committed to the very highest standards of quality, ethics and innovation in our quest to constantly grow better, tastier fruit, and get it to market in the freshest, most sustainable and most responsible way possible, following the strictest food safety standards.

We have established strong relations with farmers who have vast knowledge and experience in growing, harvesting, storing and packaging fresh produce for exporting. Fruit is packed according to specifications, and cooled at the correct temperature.
We also comply with international standards in the fresh-fruit industry to offer you complete peace of mind.

Fruit Availability
Our calendar of fruit availability shows you which fruit will be ready for export during which times of the year.
Facility
We offer packing, cooling and cold-storage facilities to ensure that our fruit reach you in peak condition. We also have the capacity to handle shipment on your behalf.
Traceability – Fruit are packed per Producer Unit Code and all information is captured on a real-time pallet tracking computer system to ensure traceability from consumer to orchard.
Compliance – Epic Fruit Exporters complies with various South African and international food safety laws. We offer customized packaging solutions to meet the needs of our customer.
Packaging is done by our growers, who are all HACCP and GLOBALGAP/EUROGAP approved. The fruit packed by Epic Fruit producers is passed for export by the Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB).
Residue tests are carried out on all fruit before packing to comply with the European Maximum Residue Levels allowed. Spray records are also obtained if required.
Epic Fruit has a dedicated technical team that travels to both cold stores and pack stores to ensure that food safety is ensured with all the products that is packed.
